Once you list your property, you can request a verification visit through your dashboard. Our team will visit the premises to confirm photos and legal ownership. A "Verified" badge is typically issued within 48 hours of inspection.
Is the booking fee refundable?
Viewing fees are generally non-refundable as they cover the logistical costs of the tour agent. However, if an owner cancels a viewing, the fee is automatically credited back to your Utasoko wallet.
Can I pay rent via M-Pesa?
Yes! Utasoko supports integrated M-Pesa payments for both deposits and monthly rent. Receipts are generated instantly and stored in your account dashboard.
